Welcome to Sorell Community, our home located just outside the picturesque township of Sorell, where our 72 residents enjoy a caring and supportive environment. All Our Registered Nurses and trained care staff provide round the clock care; and all our residents enjoy flexible and individual attention that is tailored to their needs, whether that is a little help with everyday living, or intensive support for those with cognitive and mobility challenges. Our caring environment promotes respect and dignity for each individual within a secure, warm and friendly setting; and everyone is encouraged to make personal choices and decisions regarding their care. Our lifestyle program also provides the opportunity to be involved in many varied activities including local excursions that support and promote positive community linkages. Visitors are welcome any time and they may enjoy a meal with their family member, participate in activities, or arrange to hold a special family gathering. Families are also encouraged to participate in the planning and development of services through our family forums, held every two months; and volunteering enquiries are welcome.
