Clarence Village Ltd is a local community based’’ not for profit’’ organisation. Our aim is to provide good quality affordable residential facilities for seniors in the community and we have done so since the early 1970s. Our three facilities work together and provide a range of services and accommodation types to suit most seniors’ need. Each facility has a free internet kiosk for the residents and many other facilities for residents use. Clarence Village Dougherty Villa provides 24 hour care, laundry services, meals prepared and cooked on site, cleaning services and wide range of activities. We have a wonderful team of staff who help us provide quality services in a homelike environment. Our Villa has 54 single rooms with ensuites, each room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, chair, kitchenette, built in robes and external patio. Residents may furnish their room with other small items of furniture and personal items. We have 4 sets of interconnecting rooms for partners, 2 respite rooms for short term stays and a 14 bed secure wing for specific care needs.
