The Grace Garden is located in Heidelberg West in Melbourne's north within easy access to local amenities such as transport, shopping, medical clinics and churches.

Although not a dementia specific facility, The Grace Garden does cater for residents with dementia and has 30 high care beds and 15 low care beds. We provide each of our residents with a secure home base, focussing on maintaining and continuing an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
